“Early this year I suffered a serious broken hip arising from an accidental fall.  After a month in the West Park rehabilitation hospital in Toronto, as I prepared to be discharged and return to my home, I approached Tender Nursing Care (“TNC”) for assistance in planning my emplacement in my home and follow-up nursing care for as long as I felt I needed it.  TNC could not have been more helpful, advising me on the equipment I would need to live at my home and continue my rehabilitation process.  TNC assisted me in selecting and purchasing the equipment, provided nursing supervision I needed upon my arrival home, and for a few days after that assisted me in getting well launched on living again at my home after a very difficult month in the trauma centre for my operation and in the rehab hospital.  Their staff did all of this at a very difficult time - at the height of the spring 2020 pandemic period in Toronto.  The knowledge of their staff, their ability to provide clear answers to all of my questions, and the assistance they rendered to me at a most trying time in my life, was superb and I will never be able to thank them satisfactorily.  I could not recommend more highly that any person in a difficult position such as mine seriously consider retaining TNC to assist them!"
