Ica Poznic is a Registered Nurse with over two decades of general nursing experience. Trained locally as well as overseas, Ica has diverse medical experience in plastic and general surgery, orthopedics, urology, pediatrics, as well as community and emergency nursing. After working for twenty-five years in a hospital setting, Ica worked in community and home care for five years before starting Tender Nursing Care. With a strong background in the care of elderly clients, Ica is dedicated to ensuring the highest standard of care for her clients. Ica speaks fluent English, Romanian, Serbian, and Croatian. She is well-known in the GTA medical community and is well-connected to a wide array of specialists to better assist her clients in receiving the care they need.

Our Caregivers
Our highly qualified RNs, RPNs, and Certified PSWs are dependable, caring, friendly, and are committed to providing a high standard of care. Each of our caregivers is thoroughly screened, with complete qualification and police record background checks. In addition, all Tender Nursing Care employees are insured and have completed a comprehensive training program. All caregivers are supervised by an RN Case Manager.
